• In such cases, we will assist in rebooking or claiming eligible refunds per provider policies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months beyond travel dates for most countries)
• Obtain required visas, permits, vaccinations, and travel insurance
• Comply with entry/exit requirements of destination countries
• Carry necessary identification and booking confirmations during travel

Our Limitation:

• We provide visa consultation and documentation guidance but do not guarantee visa approval, entry permission, or immigration outcomes.
• Dream Miles Consultants is not responsible for:
  • Visa rejections or delays
  • Denied boarding or entry by immigration authorities
  • Loss or theft of documents during travel

• Personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience during travel
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties, acts of nature, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control
