Dream Miles Consultants acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, embassies, etc.). This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, changes, and refunds may be processed.
Important: Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the policies of third-party providers, not Dream Miles Consultants. We facilitate the process but cannot override provider rules.
2. Cancellation by Client
General Rule:
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@dreammilesconsultants.com or by phone at +91 8826824413. Verbal requests may not be processed.

3. Cancellation by Provider or Force Majeure
Provider-Initiated Cancellation:
If a flight, hotel, or tour operator cancels your booking:
- We will assist in securing a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- Any price difference for rebooking will be borne by the client unless the provider covers it.
Force Majeure Events:
Dream Miles Consultants is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
- Government travel restrictions, visa policy changes, or border closures
- War, civil unrest, or terrorism
- Airline strikes, airport closures, or infrastructure failures
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed only if the third-party provider issues them.
- We will assist in claiming eligible refunds but cannot guarantee outcomes.
4. Visa Rejection or Denial of Entry
- Visa consultation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- If a visa is rejected:
- Refunds for flight/hotel bookings will follow the respective provider’s cancellation policy.
- We can assist in reapplying (additional fees may apply).
- We do not guarantee visa approval. Entry decisions rest solely with immigration authorities.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Date, destination, or passenger changes are treated as cancellations + new bookings.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Fare differences
- Provider change fees
- Administrative processing (₹500–₹2,000 per change, as applicable)
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a booked service (flight, hotel, tour) without prior cancellation:
- Results in 100% forfeiture of payments.
- No refunds will be processed for no-shows.
7. Refund Processing
Timeline:
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
- Actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment gateway (may take additional 3–10 days).
Method:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method wherever possible.
- For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer (requires account details).
Deductions:
All refunds are net of:
- Non-refundable third-party fees
- Dream Miles Consultants service charges (typically 5–10% of booking value)
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable)
8. Disputes & Escalation
If you disagree with a refund decision:

- We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
