  • Visa Guidance:  Documentation checklists and consultation (approval subject to embassy discretion).
  • Itinerary Planning:  Customizing trips based on budget and preferences.
  • Pre-Travel Assistance:  Passport validity checks and travel advice.
 

5. Limitations & Third-Party Services

  • Intermediary Role:  Dream Miles Consultants acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies).
  • External Delays:  We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or policy changes caused by third-party providers, government actions, or acts of nature (see Terms & Conditions Section 7).
  • Visa Outcomes:  We provide consultation but do not guarantee visa approval or rejection outcomes.
 

6. Emergency Support During Travel

  • For emergencies while you are traveling, please contact our support line immediately.
  • While we strive to assist, response times may vary based on location and local service provider availability.

7. Complaints & Feedback
